I eat very little heavy processed food besides dry pasta. My husband and I cook and eat breakfast and dinner everyday. We don't eat lunch. We eat anything we want as long as it's home cooking, like fried fish sticks or hamburgers. We usually eat healthier dinners than that though. We do eat our veggies and keep well hydrated with water and two cups of tea a day. You have to have something.... We also eat dessert. It's almost always fruit, but we do bake things and have that sometimes.

I arrived here because I watched a True Lives video about some guy's rotten teeth. I couldn't quite place what was off with the hostess, but the one thing I knew was that she was fine AF 😆. Something about her voice and personality made me look her up. Amazing journey, and much success!

I constantly encourage my nine year old son to keep being brave and tell me when he’s struggling. He’s in counselling at the moment, because he opened up to me about to how he’s been struggling with anger lately. If I am ever busy, and he wants to talk to me because he’s sad, I will always drop everything for him. The other day, I was meant to meet my friend in town but my son wanted to talk, so I was 2 hours late to meet my friend, who was beyond annoyed at me, but who cares. Kids need to know that you will always be there for them the moment they need you.

I've never felt love from my parents. I recall longing for different ones as a child. My dad and mom got married after the Vietnam’s war. We lived in poverty; my dad worked far from home, visiting only three times a year. My mom single-handedly cared for five children. I cried alone behind our house. No one, not even my brothers, aided me with school. I grew to resent my mom for her absence when I needed her most. I had to earn my own money for school at just 10 years old, sometimes attending on an empty stomach. I remember caring for my dad in the hospital for three years, cooking and bringing him food daily after school. I'm thankful I've forgiven her now, understanding the immense challenge of raising five children alone. It wasn't her fault; it was the war's. It stole her childhood, denying her an education. The war compelled my parents to fight for our Vietnamese people when they were merely teenagers, claiming their youth and lives. I've forgiven them, realizing I might not have endured what they did in their shoes. Now, they're old and still struggle to express love. Thankfully, I can care for them and give them the affection I yearned for. I have parents, yet I've never truly had them in my life. I still shed tears alone, but I've come to accept it. This is my life, and I only have one parents.

I was 17 and home from school sick that day. I watched the breaking news as it had interrupted the price is right and i will never as long as i live forget watching that footage live, totally confused and wondering what they're talking about, school shoots were unheard of when this happened. That one day at columbine changed our educational system forever. Within months, we were introduced to the officer assigned to our schools, trench coats banned, it was insane, frightening, and overwhelming all at the same time. Who would think that school shootings would be a point of concern and even go on to become the norm. Now at 42, taking my 8 yr old and 3 yr old sons to the elementary school every morning and picking them up, and I am being completely honest when i say theres not a day that goes by that i pull in to that school and look at the exits, the quickest way to get out of the parking lot, ive coacged my son on exactly what to do if he ever is in that situation, where to run, where to go once hes outside the building... this massacre changed everything. Then all the copycat bs and empty threats made by idiots trying to get attention or scare people.

The way I picture death is similar to when I shut my eyes and I see the dark mist. Is not giving up! Statement. Is more of, I like my dreams more than the reality itself. Well, let's just say True or not some of these individuals get paid for their story others for their acting ability. But just remember the good storytellers have to be good actors. It's very rare that you get someone who has a good story.But just so happens to also be good on camera... I used to watch this stuff and 10 yrs ago think wow.I hope you're not just an actor but now i appreciate the kind of network clips a lot more because even if it's not their story they're telling someone else's well. However, in 2024 if this was on TV, the entire thing would be completely written by chat g p t and converted into a universal hq video render - aka a realistic 3d video.

Racheals challenge came to my school at one point, and I was told and I believe his dad said that the monsters held the shotgun up to his friends head made fun of him then shot him and that he could have been next, and anyone else could have been if he didn't help them.
